We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our solar sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the solar industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and team leadership.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for solar products (rooftop, utility-scale, EPC, etc.)
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, EPC contractors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution.
