Job Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote ticket booking, parcel booking, and contract booking services. The role focuses on driving business growth, retaining customers, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing revenue within the parcel segment.

  1. Strategic Planning:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to the ticket, parcel and contract booking segment, aligning with overall business objectives and targets.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, informing marketing strategy development.

  1. Product Positioning and Branding:

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of ticket and parcel services, positioning the company as a leader in the market.

Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including messaging, visual assets, and brand guidelines.

  1. Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations, to showcase parcel offerings.

  1. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to acquire new customers.

Implement customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized communications, to maximize customer lifetime value.

  1. Market Intelligence and Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the parcel market.

Conduct regular analysis of marketing effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a focus on parcel services or related industries.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
