Job Description:

Quality and Process Excellence Lead
  • Conduct maturity assessments across eight key pillars including Tools, Automation, Performance, Governance, Compliance, and more.
  • Develop comprehensive QE playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and onboarding kits to support consistent process adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
  • Define and implement a continuous improvement roadmap focused on QE process optimization and compliance.
  • Facilitate training, workshops, and communications to promote standardized QE practices.
    Monitor progress and report on QE process maturity and compliance metrics.

Expertise & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in QE maturity models and process assessment frameworks.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Deep understanding of quality compliance requirements within software engineering.
  • Proven ability to develop process documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    Analytical mindset with experience in process measurement and reporting.

Tools & Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with QE tools and automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of maturity models like CMMI or TMMi.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with agile and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills: Python on AWS .

Experience: 8-10 Years .
