Job Description:
Were inviting experienced and entrepreneurial Business Development Executives (BDEs) to partner with us on a profit-sharing model. This is a remote, commission-only opportunity for professionals who can bring in new clients or projects across any industry vertical.
If you have connections, vendor networks, or sales experience in industries such as Staffing, IT Services,IT Outsourcing/Offshore, BPO, Healthcare, Construction, or Logistics, this is your chance to build a high-earning, flexible career without the pressure of a fixed salary model.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and close new client opportunities in your industry of expertise
- Build and manage client relationships with long-term revenue potential
- Work closely with our delivery/recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction
- Act as a strategic growth partner with a focus on results
