Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Chennai. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all factory operations, ensuring optimal production planning, and maintaining quality control. The role involves the management of production processes, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Experience in Quality Control and maintaining high production standards
  • Expertise in Operations Management and overseeing Manufacturing Operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the interior design or similar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
