About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst (Fresher)
to support the daily operations of our solar EPC and distribution business. The role involves reviewing product data in
ERPNext
, coordinating with teams for procurement and project execution, preparing quotations, creating content for marketing, and analyzing workforce performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in
business operations, ERP systems, marketing, and renewable energy projects
.
Key Responsibilities
ERP & Operations:
- Review, validate, and enhance product and other data during
creation in ERPNext
. - Maintain consistency and accuracy across ERP modules — sales, procurement, and inventory.
- Extract and analyze data using
SQL and Python scripts
for management reporting. - Create and automate
monthly dashboards
for performance tracking and workforce utilization. - Review and maintain product and item data in
ERPNext
. - Support workflow automation and ensure process accuracy.
- Prepare reports for management on orders, procurement, and performance.
Sales & Marketing:
- Create quotations and proposals for clients.
- Send emails, follow up on leads, and help close orders.
- Write and post blogs, newsletters, and marketing content on company platforms.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and collecting customer feedback.
Procurement & Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement for
EPC solar projects
. - Track delivery timelines and ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
- Attend stakeholder meetings and document action points.
Workforce Management:
- Assign daily/weekly tasks to the field workforce.
- Track attendance, task completion, and site performance.
- Analyze workforce efficiency and prepare
monthly performance reports
.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- Hands-on experience with
ERP software
(ERPNext preferred) - Strong MS Office / Excel
skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) - Basic knowledge of
SQL
for querying and report generation - Foundational knowledge of
Python
for data manipulation and automation
Additional Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
