Your Role
As a
Specialist in Key Accounts at Stayvista
, you will take a leadership role in managing pricing strategies, ensuring price parity, setting promotions, and negotiating pricing with homeowners to maximise revenue. In addition to overseeing the quality control and online reputation of all property listings, you will drive revenue targets for stays, F&B, and add-on services while managing inventory effectively. Acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners, you will handle communications, manage escalations, settle accounts, and secure agreements. You will also focus on market demand analysis, competition tracking, and property upgrades to stay competitive. A key part of your role includes securing homeowner referrals for new property supply and increasing the commercials of each home. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives to enhance homeowner app adoption and collaborate with brand and marketing teams to boost property performance and revenue growth.

About You

  • Conduct 12-month price checks and maintain price parity. Manage promotions, negotiations with homeowners, and revenue targets for stays, F&B, and add-on services. Perform source analysis for revenue growth and oversee commercial terms for all properties.
  • Oversee QC of listings, inventory management, and property upgrades. Ensure agreements are signed, accounts settled on time, and standards maintained across properties.
  • Act as SPOC for homeowner communication, grievance handling, and escalations. Schedule regular calls/meetings with homeowners and supervisors. Drive Homeowner App adoption and provide necessary training
  • Map and track market demand, competition, and trends. Manage owner referrals and support new property onboarding. Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to enhance visibility.
  • Manage online reputation and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in similar work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

  • Knowledge of Hospitality industry with demand and supply of the market, channels, extranet, Channel manager, Pricing, and analytical skill, Homeowner management.
