Responsibilities/Role Description:

  • Support all operations and maintenance work of the building engineering department including both mechanical & electrical.
  • Must successfully learn and develop skills in the following areas: HVAC, AHUs, Building Management Systems (BMS), temperature control, mechanical system controls, direct digital controls, electrical control systems testing and balancing etc.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting checks on all heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, etc.
  • Maintaining daily records of Energy, Water, Solar generation & HVAC usage.
  • Coordinating with various vendors.
  • Any other work which is assigned by management from time to time.

Required Profile/Skills:

  • You should have at least 2+ years of experience in handling building engineering services.
  • You must have at least 70% marks (in PCM) in class XII.
  • You should be an Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Electrical stream.
  • You must live within a 90 minute commuting distance from Nehru Place.
  • You should be ready to work in shifts including weekends.

Our standard working hours are from 9:00am to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:15pm on Saturday. Engineering team is expected to work round the clock in different shifts. This is a Delhi based position. Please do not apply for this job unless you currently live in Delhi/NCR.
