Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located IGI Airport, Delhi for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering field service. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of service requests, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Preparing shift reports, RCA reports and communication with custome on E-mail.

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Field Service and Maintenance
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Diploma or

B.Tech/ B.E.

  • in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently onsite
  • Experience of 5-8 years for Diploma & 2-8 years with B.Tech/ B.E. in XBIS & ETD
  • Good knowedge of MS Excel & Word will be plus.
  • Having experiance at any Airport will be plus.
