Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in PAN India Location. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing field service for dental equipment, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair. Daily tasks include traveling to customer sites, diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the 
    installation, testing, and commissioning
     of equipment/machinery at client sites.
  • Provide support in 
    preventive and corrective maintenance
     of machines.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate 
    service reports and documentation
    .
  • Ensure compliance with 
    safety guidelines and company protocols
    .
  • Coordinate with the service team for spare parts planning and service schedules.
  • Deliver excellent 
    customer support and service satisfaction
    .
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of 
    mechanical, electrical, or electronics systems
    .
  • Understanding of 
    troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    MS Office, technical documentation, and reporting
    .
  • Strong 
    problem-solving and analytical skills
    .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work at client sites.
  • Quick learner with a positive, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
