ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Executive – New Product Development (NPD) who will help us research, plan, and launch new products that align with our vision of better basics. You will work closely with design, sourcing, production, and marketing teams to ensure product ideas come to life efficiently and with the highest quality. This is a great role for someone excited to learn how ideas become products on the shelf.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Assist in researching trends, materials, and customer insights to support new product ideas.
  • Coordinate with design teams on product specifications, tech packs (mandatory), samples, and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed cost sheets for all new developments.
  • Create and review patterns to support product development, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Work on grading (mandatory) for different sizes as part of the development process.
  • Liaise with sourcing and production teams to ensure timely development, costing, and approvals.
  • Track product development timelines and follow up with vendors and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of samples, product specs, patterns, and development progress.
  • Support in quality checks, testing, and pilot runs for new products.
  • Help prepare product launch presentations and internal documentation.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1–3 years of experience in product development, merchandising, sourcing, or related roles.
  • Strong interest in apparel or lifestyle products and how they're made.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of fabrics, trims, and production processes is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project tracking.
  • Curious, organized, and ready to learn new things.
