Job Title: Business Development Manager & Export Manager – B2B Sales (Jewellery)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Export Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing export operations, and expanding our brand presence in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients in domestic and export markets.
  • Generate leads through exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new territories.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates and coordination.

Export Management:

  • Handle complete export process – documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance.
  • Prepare export documents (invoice, packing list, shipping bill, etc.).
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent the company at trade shows, buyer-seller meets, and exhibitions.
  • Promote the brand in international markets and identify distribution opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with agents, retailers, and distributors abroad.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, product demand, and competition.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 3–4 years of experience in business development or export management (preferably in jewellery industry).
  • Strong understanding of Polki, Diamond, or Gold jewellery markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel domestically & internationally.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / International Trade or a related field.

MBA or Diploma in Export Management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
