Senior Digital Marketing Executive.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can take charge of our online presence and drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize & Execute: Build integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, content, email, influencer, and paid media.
  • Social Media Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Content Calendar Ownership: Create and manage engaging, timely, and brand-aligned posts and stories.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and sales teams for cohesive messaging.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead with trending hashtags, viral formats, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Paid Ads Management: Run and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Community Growth: Build and engage online communities with interactive, real-time communication.
  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and creators to amplify campaigns.
  • Lead Generation & Automation: Manage funnels, marketing automation tools, and performance dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing & social media management.
  • Demonstrated success in growing brand presence and executing high-impact campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva/Photoshop, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and act on performance data.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in E-Commerce & performance marketing.
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML, SEO principles, and CRM tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
