Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter in Noida Sector 62, India. The US IT Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various technical roles. Daily tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers, building a robust candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process aligned with organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
- Expertise in IT Recruitment and Hiring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Knowledge of current IT industry trends and talent market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
