
Senior Franchisee Sales Executive

As the Senior Franchisee Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of StockDaddy's brand, responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality domestic and international franchisee partners. This is a critical, individual contributor role with clear and ambitious targets, requiring a high-energy, entrepreneurial, and results-driven professional.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Franchisee Acquisition & Sales
- Lead Generation & Discovery: Take end-to-end ownership of lead generation, actively pursuing prospects via franchisee shows, industry events, networking, and other lead discovery platforms.
- Outbound Sales Quota: Execute a minimum quota of 30-40 daily outbound and cold calls to potential franchisees, effectively explaining StockDaddy's various Franchise Models and value proposition.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently sign and onboard a minimum of 2-3 new Franchisee Centers each month, achieving individual revenue and expansion targets.
- Sales Cycle Management: Conduct initial virtual meetings (VC) after qualifying leads from outbound calls and marketing campaigns, presenting the detailed Franchise Financial Model and addressing all prospect queries.
- Successfully transition qualified prospects to Head Office for face-to-face meetings, negotiating terms, and ultimately converting them into committed franchisee partners.
- Legal & Compliance: Oversee all post-deal negotiation and legal formalities, ensuring proper documentation, signing, and compliance before final handover.
2. Additional Strategic Expectations
- Presentation Development & Delivery: Design, refine, and present professional, high-impact presentation decks (PPTs/Google Slides) for all virtual and in-person meetings. Ensure all materials are clear, visually compelling, on-brand, and effectively communicate the financial model, value proposition, and ROI to sophisticated prospects.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct preliminary market research and feasibility studies for new potential territories (both domestic and international) to ensure strategic placement of new centers and to justify the franchise investment.
- Pitch Enhancement & Customization: Continuously refine and tailor the sales pitch and presentation materials based on prospect feedback and specific market dynamics to improve conversion rates.
- Pipeline Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a meticulous and up-to-date sales pipeline using the company CRM, providing accurate weekly and monthly forecasts for management review.
- Competitor Insight: Act as the 'eyes and ears' for the company, gathering competitive intelligence on other financial education franchisees/models to inform StockDaddy's offering and pricing strategy.
- New Center Handover: Ensure a smooth, professional handover of the newly onboarded center to the Key Accounts Manager/Operations team, including a comprehensive file and introduction to guarantee partner retention and operational success.
Candidate Profile: Expectations & Requirements
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred: A Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is a strong plus. Knowledge of Financial Markets/Stock Trading is highly advantageous.
Experience
- Required: 3-8 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, franchise sales, business development, or high-value concept selling.
- A minimum of 3+ years specifically in Franchisee Acquisition is highly preferred, ideally within the Education, EdTech, Financial Services, or E-Commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-volume, high-value individual sales targets (evidence of closing multiple deals monthly is critical).
- Direct experience managing and operating with a daily outbound call quota and full ownership of the sales funnel.
Core Competencies & Skills
- High-Impact Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial and business models clearly and persuasively.
- Presentation Proficiency: Proven ability to create and deliver professional, visually engaging sales decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism for C-level executives and investors.
- Goal Orientation: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of operating independently to meet aggressive monthly targets.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy and a quick understanding of profit & loss (P&L) statements, Return on Investment (ROI) models, and franchise agreements.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel extensively for franchisee events, exhibitions, and head office meetings (both domestic and international as required).
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
