Core responsibilities

Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and the target audience. This includes content calendars and campaign planning.

Content creation: Write and produce engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, for all major social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Community management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.

Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across different platforms.

Performance analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social media data, and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategy.

Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, algorithms, and tools to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaboration: Work with other marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key skills and qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their advertising tools.

Proficiency in data analysis and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO,SMM ETC).

Strategic thinking and content planning abilities.

Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.

Project and campaign management skills.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often required, along with proven experience.
