ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive digital marketing training and mentorship to students, covering topics including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics. Provide constructive feedback and career guidance to mentees, supporting their professional development and job readiness.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum and training effectiveness. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and services.

Manage company digital marketing channels, including SEO optimization, content marketing, social media campaigns, and paid advertising. Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results. QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of practical experience in digital marketing roles.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.Experience mentoring or training individuals in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.

Willingness to work full-time on-site in Indore. Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
