We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive digital growth for our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and analytics, combined with proven leadership skills to mentor and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketers (SEO, SEM, Content, Social Media, Designers).
  • Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews to ensure productivity.
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, and business development teams.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to promote IT services and solutions globally.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.

Brand Growth & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen the company's online presence through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly reports to leadership on KPIs, ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to IT industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT/Software/Technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced IT environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B IT service marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing specialization is a plus.
