We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Private Chef for a high-profile residence in Malabar Hills, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in multi-cuisine preparations with a strong focus on healthy and balanced meals. The chef must be well-versed in dietary preferences and restrictions, particularly in preparing Jain and non-Jain meals separately with complete adherence to protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare daily meals as per family preferences and dietary needs

Confidently cook Indian and international cuisines with a healthy twist

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen at all times

Source fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients

Present meals attractively and with attention to detail

Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate grocery requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Private or Household Chef

Strong knowledge of vegetarian and health-conscious cooking

Multi-cuisine expertise: Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.

Culinary certification is a plus

Locally based candidates preferred (Mumbai)

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Work Schedule:

Full-time role; live-out preferred.
