What success looks like in this role:
- Participates in the design, management and implementation of compensation and benefits plans, including executive plans, across all associate groups and locations.
- Leads projects that have strategic, financial and global impact.
- Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of the company's compensation (and occasionally benefits) programs, including short- and long-term incentives, health and wellbeing, life and disability insurances, flexible spending, retirement and other offerings.
- Aligns as key point of contact to one or more global Business Units to lead the rewards interface with the Global HRBP, Finance and Workforce Management stakeholders.
- Monitors global compensation and benefits practices and ensures the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Recommends changes to existing programs by studying evolving company requirements, associate needs, industry trends and emerging practices.
- Ensures the integration of compensation and benefits and related services with overall Human Resources strategies and programs.
- Ensures the company is receiving premium service from designated external service providers.
- Works with Finance & Accounting to understand the impact of plan changes on the company's fringe rates.
- Works closely with external service providers to ensure their understanding of program objectives, performance requirements, timelines and expectation
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master's degree preferred
