Hiring: Flutter Developers

Experience: 3-6 years

Position: 4+

Location: Pune

Looking for skilled developers to build dynamic cross-platform apps. Strong expertise in Flutter and frontend development required. Looking for Immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain apps using
    Flutter
    and
    Dart
    .
  • Implement
    state management
    solutions such as
    BLoC, GetX, Provider, or Riverpod
    .
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and manage network requests using
    http, Dio, Chopper
    , or similar packages.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and smooth UI/UX across platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following
    best practices & design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles)
    .
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.
  • Debug, optimize, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to
    code reviews, version control (Git)
    , and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in
    Flutter (latest versions)
    and
    Dart
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    state management (BLoC, GetX, Provider, Riverpod)
    .
  • Proficiency with
    API integration
    using
    http/Dio
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    local databases (SQFlite, Hive, Moor/Drift)
    and
    secure storage
    .
  • Experience with
    Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Analytics)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    app lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging tools
    .
  • Experience with
    Git/GitHub/GitLab
    and Agile development practices.
  • Bonus: Exposure to
    native Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift), Flutter Web, and desktop apps
    .
