What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java (11/17) and Spring Boot.
  • Build and manage event-driven systems leveraging Kafka.
  • Implement and optimize data-intensive solutions using PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
  • Deploy, scale, and manage applications in AWS environments.
  • Use Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and reliability

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java (11/17) and Spring Boot.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with microservices architecture.
  • Experience working with Kafka or any event streaming platform.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and familiarity with Redis or other NoSQL databases.
  • Exposure to Elasticsearch for search and analytics.
  • Proven experience deploying applications on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership-driven approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation practices.
  • Prior experience building high-throughput distributed systems.
