Role Overview

The Tech Integration & Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing integrations between CRM systems, WhatsApp APIs, and other platforms.
  • Creating automations using Pabbly Connect and other no-code tools.
  • Handling all technical troubleshooting and support needs.
  • Maintaining accurate data records, dashboards, and reports in Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tech Support & Integration
  • Manage and oversee integrations with CRM, WhatsApp API, and related platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of business tools and software.
  • Automation & Workflow Management
  • Design, build, and optimize automations using Pabbly Connect (and similar platforms).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • ZOHO CRM & API Management
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM tools.
  • Build and manage third-party API connections (WhatsApp, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Data & Reporting
  • Maintain detailed and accurate data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
  • Ensure error-free data management and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Support internal teams with tech-related requirements.
  • Provide guidance/training on tools and integrations when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Candidates with certifications in CRM tools, API integrations, or no-code platforms will have an added advantage.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in tech support, systems integration, or automation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proven expertise with WhatsApp Business API and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred).
  • Experience with Pabbly Connect or similar automation platforms (Zapier, Integromat, Make, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based tools and SaaS integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
