As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to become the backbone of our head office.
The Operations Manager will be a critical hub for our daily activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our head office. This individual will work in close partnership with the founding team to establish and streamline key operational and marketing processes. The ideal candidate is an exceptional executor, a master of follow-up, and is eager to build a long-term career with a company on the rise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head Office Management:
Oversee all day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the head office. Manage employee schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure the timely submission and review of work reports to maintain high productivity. - Team Leadership:
Supervise and support head office employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Act as the primary point of contact for the team's daily needs. - Founder Liaison:
Serve as a key link between the founding team and the head office staff. Proactively assist with the setup and implementation of new operations, logistics, and marketing initiatives. - Core Operations Oversight:
Maintain a strong understanding of and manage key business functions, including: - Inventory Management:
Basic tracking and coordination. - E-commerce Logistics:
Overseeing the dispatch and delivery process. - Customer Support:
Managing the call center team and ensuring service quality. - Execution & Follow-up:
Drive projects and tasks to completion with meticulous attention to detail and persistent follow-up, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an operations management, office administration, or similar leadership role.
- Practical experience or a strong foundational understanding of inventory management, e-commerce fulfilment, and call center operations.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills are a must-have for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between management and staff.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong desire to commit to a role long-term and grow with the company.
