Role Description
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective internal controls. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Professional certification (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.
- Minimum
5–10 years of experience
in accounting & finance with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. - Experience in [Manufacturing] industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
- Hands-on experience in ERP/Tally/SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks (as applicable).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication (English & Hindi ) is preferable and interpersonal skills.
