We are looking forward to hire UX researcher Professionals in the following areas :

The UX Researcher will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences provided by our Product Engineering products and services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading UX research independently. A strong candidate will have experience with all phases of research, from designing and executing studies to analyzing and presenting findings to key stakeholders. 

The UX Researcher will execute research related to any stage of the product development lifecycle and provide strategic inputs to our designers, product managers, and business partners to directly inform product design decisions and deliver the best possible experiences to our users. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality research deliverables and may be asked to provide guidance and coaching to product owners and UX teammates on best practices.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with product managers, designers, and business partners to lead research projects that evaluate and improve user experience across our products and services. 
  • Take ownership of 1-2 product areas, from discovery research to validation testing. 
  • Plan and conduct a variety of research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, focus groups, and more. 
  • Create summary & recommendation artifacts that connect user insights to actionable next steps. 
  • Present insights and recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership.  
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team. 

Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX research, with a deep understanding of user research methodologies and best practices. 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience building and growing relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with a wide range of knowledge of UX research. 

Effective analytical skills and experience using quantitative and qualitative research methods to drive meaningful insights.
