pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and diagnostic centres across India. With a

to meet growing market demand.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up on customers,
demonstrating strong negotiation skills, and efficiently closing and executing orders. The
role also includes coordination with customers for timely payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
�� Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential customers through online research, databases, and cold calling.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through email, phone, and other communication
tools.
�� Customer Engagement & Follow-up
Maintain regular follow-up with new and existing customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products.
�� Sales Negotiation & Closure
Engage in product discussions, pricing, and terms negotiation.
Convert prospects into sales through persuasive communication and product
knowledge.
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing and finalize deals.
�� Order Execution
Coordinate internally with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch
of products.
Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines.
�� Payment Collection
Follow up with customers for payments against orders.
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice generation and receivables
tracking.
�� Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, sales pipeline, and order history.
Generate periodic sales reports and updates for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Knowledge of laboratory/scientific/diagnostic consumables is preferred
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, or Business Administration
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in a scientific
or B2B domain
Freshers with strong communication skills and a science background may also be
considered
