Personal Accountant to the Founder & Brotein Bistro Group

Role Summary
Ensure the founder's and the brand's finances stay lean, compliant, and investment-ready. You'll manage personal/brand accounts, taxes, and financial forecasting while integrating data from POS, PetPooja, and our upcoming HRMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-spectrum bookkeeping
– maintain personal & business ledgers, reconcile bank/UPI statements weekly.
- Tax & regulatory compliance
– file GST, TDS, income-tax returns; oversee FSSAI fee payments and any state excise licences.
- Cash-flow forecasting
– weekly 13-week forecast covering both outlets, "The Lab," and expansion projects (e.g., USA JV).
- Budget vs. actual analysis
– track cost of goods sold (COGS) vs. revenue; flag >2 % variances.
- Payroll coordination
– sync with HRMS; ensure statutory deductions (PF/ESI) are correct and salaries hit accounts by the 5th of every month.
- Good Exposure in
Tally Prime.
