  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: 12K TO 13K Incentive.
  • Duration: 1 Month / 3 Months Project Basis
  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to voters in Marathi and/or Konkani language.
  • Follow a structured script and maintain a neutral, non-political tone.
  • Accurately record responses in the survey system or forms provided.
  • Report daily call status and submit completed forms to the supervisor.
  • Provide information to voters about the importance of registration and the election process if needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
  • Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
  • Fluency in Marathi and/or Konkani (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and smartphone or computer use.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or survey calling is a plus.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and polite communication style.
  • Must be non-political and willing to follow strict neutrality during calls.
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM | 6 days a week]
