Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, providing information about real estate properties, and addressing inquiries. Additionally, the Telecaller will schedule appointments, maintain an updated database of customer interactions, and achieve targeted sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in telecalling, lead generation, and customer service
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or marketing are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
