First Square Feet Realty is a leading real estate firm specializing in premium residential and commercial properties. We are building a new generation of Sales Influencers who combine real estate selling with personal branding, content creation, and strong client engagement.

This is not a traditional sales job — this is a high-growth opportunity for individuals who want to build a powerful personal brand, earn unlimited commissions, and work like modern content-driven sales professionals.

Job Overview

As a Sales Influencer, you will work as an independent commission-based professional backed by the FSF ecosystem. You will create content, handle client consultations, attend site visits, and drive property sales through both digital and offline engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create real estate–related content (reels, videos, informational posts).
  • Engage and respond to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.
  • Maintain CRM discipline (training provided).
  • Attend daily reviews, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and closing team for conversions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Confident on camera or willing to learn.
  • Hardworking and energetic with a growth mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Must be comfortable working 10 AM – 7 PM (Tuesday to Sunday).
  • Passion for content creation, sales, and dealing with clients.

Eligibility

  • Minimum education: HSC / Graduate.
  • Experience in sales or content creation preferred but not required.
  • Freshers with strong confidence and willingness to learn are welcome.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. No fixed salary.

Top performers earn significantly based on closings.
