Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company career page).
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for [industry-specific] roles (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
