LBM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT company providing innovative software solutions and digital services. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue, and expand our global market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying ahead of competitors.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Marketing/IT or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and global IT trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹576, ₹1,353,124.35 per year
