Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategy:
     Create and execute campaigns to improve customer loyalty, retention, and acquisition.
  • Manage CRM system and data:
     Oversee the CRM software, ensuring data accuracy, and use data analysis to identify trends and improve strategies.
  • Enhance customer communication:
     Personalize communication across channels like email and SMS, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams:
     Work with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure a unified and effective approach to customer relations.
  • Train and educate staff:
     Train employees on how to use the CRM system and implement best practices.
  • Analyze and report on performance:

Qualifications

Proven experience in CRM for 4+ years

High Proficiency with good communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM software.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools

Project management abilities.
