About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and result-oriented
Digital Marketing Executive
to support our marketing efforts across SEO, Paid Ads, Content, SMO and analytics. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Website Optimization

·      Assist in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies

·      Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

·      Support in optimizing website structure, content, and backlinks

·      Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush

2. Paid Advertising

·      Plan and execute ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn

·      Optimize ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages for better ROI

·      Run A/B tests for ad copies and landing pages

·      Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager

3. Content Collaboration & Email Marketing

·      Coordinate with content and design teams to create campaign assets

·      Support the content calendar with social media, blogs, and landing pages

·      Execute basic email campaigns and follow up on performance metrics

4. Analytics & Reporting

·      Track KPIs like CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS

·      Create weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights

·      Use tools like Google Analytics,GSC and Tag Manager

5.
CRM Workflow Management

·      Manage and update lead data in CRM systems

·      Build and maintain lead nurturing workflows and automation

·      Segment contacts and set up targeted email campaigns

·      Track campaign outcomes and improve lead-to-customer journey

Requirements

·      2–3 years of experience in digital marketing

·      Hands-on experience with SEO and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

·      Familiar with tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, CRM

·      Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Good to Have

·      Basic understanding of HTML

·      Experience with email marketing tools and landing page builders

·      Creative mindset with a strong performance-first attitude
