Key Responsibilities

  • Execute planograms and ensure 100% display compliance across assigned stores

  • Maintain on-shelf availability and replenish stock in real time

  • Set up POSM, visual merchandising and promo displays; audit them weekly

  • Track sales trends, competitor activity and share insights with internal teams

  • Build relationships with store managers to secure secondary placements

  • Report store visits through mobile merchandising apps and Excel/Sheets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' merchandising experience in FMCG, beauty, fashion or consumer goods

  • Strong eye for detail and display aesthetics

  • Comfortable with extensive field travel

  • Working knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets; merchandising apps a plus

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Graduate degree; Marketing/Retail specialisation preferred
