We are hiring for-

Role: Material Management & Quality Management Business Analyst

Experience:7+ Years

Job Description


• Review and validate design documents, business process flows, functional specifications, user manuals, test scripts shared by implementation partner
• Execute transaction testing for MM & QM processes - purchase requisition, ordering, sourcing, goods & services receipt, supplier invoice management, inbound and outbound stock movements, physical count, material quality inspection etc.
• Conduct integrated scenario testing with other business value streams including finance, sales & distribution, projects, construction & budgeting
• Validate data migration for master data (vendors, material, services etc) and transactional data (open purchase orders, inventory, historical RA bill etc.)
• Train end users on MM & QM processes
• MM module skill requirements: o MM organization structure, purchase organization, purchase groups, plants o Vendor master, material master, service master, tax master, conditions master o Domestic purchase & imports of materials, construction services (work orders, SITC, ITC, MEP contracts etc.) o RFQ, Quote comparison, vendor selection, PIR, Purchase Contracts, Requisitions, Orders, return orders, subsequent debit/credit notes, GRN & SES, Vendor evaluation etc. o Inter-plant stock transfers, stock type transfers, physical verification, subcontracting, discounts etc.
• QM module skill requirements: o Quality master data including inspection plan, MICs etc. o Incoming material quality, defect recording, usage decision, quality parameters etc. o Stock movement with quality rejections (partial, complete)
• Ariba, Procol and other procurement solutions : o Requirement check o Supplier discovery o RFQ, Tendering o Quotation Management, E-Auctioning o Rate and Vendor finalization o Rate and contract revisions o Contract terms finalization
