Theideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Payrolland the ability to handle payroll with accuracy and confidentialitywhile also assisting with day-to-day HR and operations activities.Payroll Management (60%) Manage and process monthly payroll accurately through ZohoPayroll. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements such as PF,ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and Gratuity. Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, salary registers, and TDSstatements. Handle full & final settlements, bonus calculations, and annualincrements. Manage employee expense reimbursements and ensure timelyprocessing and compliance. Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting and audits. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll data.HR Operations (40%) Support in employee onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in leave and attendance management. Support statutory audits and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational requirementsand compliance activities. Contribute to process improvements and automation within HRoperations. Co-ordinate for internal training's & other activities as & whenrequired. Should be willing to travel to branch locations as & when requiredRequirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations. Hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll is mandatory. Experience managing employee reimbursements and expenseclaims. Strong understanding of Indian payroll compliance and statutorylaws. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software. Excellent attention to detail, time management, andcommunication skills.Years Of ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in payroll managementBenefits Health Insurance: Coverage including options for dependents. Paid Time off: Vacation days and holidays, allowing employees totake time off while still receiving pay. Parental Leave: Paid time off for new parents, including maternity,paternity, and adoption leave. Professional Development: Opportunities for training, workshops,conferences to support employees' career growth. Recognition and Incentives: Performance-based variable pay orrecognition programs to reward employees for their contributions. Company Events and Celebrations: Company outings, team-building activities for bonding between team members Employee Recognition Programs: Awards, incentives, or bonusesfor outstanding performance or tenure. Employee Referral Programs: Bonuses or incentives for referringQualified Candidates Who Are Hired By The Company.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
