Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
- Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
- Record call outcomes and prepare sales reports.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and sales strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
