Junior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately record financial transactions and maintain detailed financial records, updating them in accounting software.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendors, and handle bill payments, as well as track and collect outstanding customer payments.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Month-End & Year-End Close: Support senior accountants with the tasks required for the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a junior accountant or in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and advanced Excel for financial analysis are necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
