Job Title: Telecaller

Department: Sales / Customer Service / Front Office

Reporting To: Team Leader / Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products or services, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent communication to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer databases and update records with call details.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales or appointments.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer objections or complaints professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support business goals.
  • Prepare daily and weekly call reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and local language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
  • Ability to remain calm and handle pressure.
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and good team player.
  • English must

Preferred Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (Freshers can also apply).
  • Experience in healthcare, education, banking, or service industries is an advantage.

  • Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives]
