Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our electronics retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electronic products, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining product displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of electronic products (e.g., TVs, laptops, mobiles, home appliances, etc.).
  • Provide detailed and accurate product information to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, new arrivals, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and organization of the sales area.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (electronics industry preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good product knowledge of electronics and technology trends.
  • Customer-oriented and persuasive sales approach.
  • Basic computer literacy and POS operation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
