Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer service standards, managing inventory, and overseeing staff. The position requires maintaining a high standard of retail loss prevention and effectively communicating with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant educational qualifications in retail management or a related field
