Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability.
  • Implement and uphold store policies and procedures.
  • Drive sales and promotional activities to meet targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
