Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Shillim. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff activities, and addressing any issues that arise. The Duty Manager will also coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning, maintain high service standards, and handle any emergency situations efficiently.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling guest relations and hospitality management
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
