Senior Manager – Human Resources

Location : Kolkata

Experience : Minimum 8 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead strategic HR initiatives, drive organizational growth, and foster a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership across all facets of HR — strategy, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals and business plans.

* Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention initiatives.

* Formulate and implement HR policies, employee engagement frameworks, and people development programs.

* Drive organizational development, succession planning, and competency mapping initiatives.

* Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

* Champion a positive work culture, employee relations, and grievance resolution processes.

* Leverage HR analytics to monitor metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.

* Manage and mentor HR team members to ensure operational excellence and service quality.

Desired Profile:

* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR roles with exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a growing organization.

* Hands-on knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and people analytics tools.
