  • Collect indents from all formats (stores/channels) and ensure timely consolidation for processing.
  • Analyse order data to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and on-time order dispatch.
  • Monitor and reduce the billing-to-delivery turnaround time (TAT).
  • Maintain and regularly clean the Unit of Measure (UOM) and SKU mapping per store.
  • Ensure 100% Goods Receipt Note (GRN) completion at the store level within stipulated timelines.
  • Act as the central coordination point between RKFL, Inventory Planning, Stores, and the Control tower for order execution.
  • Drive automation and digitization initiatives to enhance the efficiency of existing order management processes.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of order-related assets and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in order management, supply chain operations, or inventory planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and order management software.
  • Experience in automation or process improvement projects is a plus.
