  • Handle inbound sales queries from colleges, schools, Private Education institutes, social groups, OTAs, travel agents, and partners.
  • Manage reports, maintain sales reports, and update customer records.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and invoices.
  • Provide administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth sales operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate, preferably in Commerce/Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or sales support.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
