Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute
    high-impact
    corporate events
    from start to finish.
  • Collaborate
    with
    vendors
    ,
    venues
    , and
    internal teams
    to align all event aspects.
  • Handle budgets and timelines
    with precision to ensure efficient execution.
  • Travel required
    for
    on-ground setup
    and coordination, both in
    India and abroad
    .
  • Ensure
    flawless on-site execution
    with sharp attention to
    detail and quality
    .
  • Act as the face of the company
    during all
    client-facing interactions
    and events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum
    5+ years of experience
    in
    international on-ground corporate event management
    .
  • Exceptional communication
    and
    interpersonal skills
    .
  • Highly
    organized
    , with the ability to
    multitask and thrive under pressure
    .
  • Smart, well-groomed
    , and exudes
    professional confidence
    .
