**Mission**

**Seeking sales professional with experience in Insurance and Loans.**

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Event Co-ordination and

Execution specialist to join our Alliances team

As our Event Co-ordination and Execution specialist, you will be instrumental in

implementing our business strategy and vision for the brand alliances team by actively

overlooking and executing an event from pre-event collateral coordination to post
- event presentation.

This role reports to Alliances head and works alongside Alliance and Marketing team to

create Pan India collaborations.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with team to reach alliance and brand goals
- Pre-event collateral coordination and execution with marketing and local team
- During event co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve

seamless execution for our brand and for vendor keeping with objectives and

deliverables aligned
- During event data collection for further analysis and review
- Post event data collection and reporting
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure that the marketing is spot on and

customer experience is seamless.
- Working hours 9 to 6pm at our Malad, Mumbai office or as required by events i.e.

travel across for event execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum High School completed
- Graduate preferred
- Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills
- Effective Listening & Time management skills
- English and knowledge of basic marketing is needed and can be learnt
- Comfortable with traveling for events for a day or two as needed by the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
